Ingredients
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid, as well as a precursor of several important neurotransmitters, including l-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. These are essential contributors to mood, cognitive performance as well as combating stress. L-tyrosine is also a precursor to the thyroid hormone thyroxine (also known as T4), and supplementation may positively affect thyroid hormone levels.
D- Ribose is a simple, five-carbon sugar that is found naturally in our bodies. But ribose is not like any other sugar. Instead, the body treats ribose differently and preserves it for the vital work of actually making the energy molecule that powers our hearts, muscles, brains, and every other tissue in the body.
Ashwagandha is a plump shrub with oval leaves and yellow flowers. It has traditionally been prescribed to help people strengthen their immune system after an illness. And as a remedy to help reduce stress and anxiety, by lowering inflated cortisol levels and mimicking the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA.
Lion’s Mane mushrooms are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion’s mane as they grow.
These mushrooms contain bioactive substances that can have beneficial effects on the body, particularly the brain, heart and gut. Studies have found that Lion’s Mane mushrooms contain two special compounds that can stimulate the growth of brain cells: hericenones and erinacines)
L- Carnitine derived from an amino acid, is found in nearly all cells of the body it transports long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria to be oxidized for energy production, it is naturally made in your liver and kidneys, and then transported to other tissues including your brain and heart.
Fuelling your cells can boost physical and mental energy.
Gotu Kola is a herb. It is native to the wetlands in Asia.
This herb is also known as Brahmi – one of the highest states of consciousness (Brahmi or God consciousness) – and has been considered one of the most powerful brain tonics in the Ayurvedic apothecary. Gotu kola has been used to help to relieve symptoms of anxiety, improve memory/cognitive function and boost circulation. It is also known as the “ancient herb of enlightenment and longevity”.
Ginkgo biloba, commonly known as ginkgo or gingko, also known as the maidenhair tree.
Ginkgo leaf is often taken for memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease. It is also used for conditions that seem to be due to reduced blood flow in the brain, especially in older people. These conditions include memory loss, headache, ringing in the ears, vertigo, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbances and hearing disorders. Some people use it for other problems related to poor blood flow in the body, including leg pain when walking (claudication), and Raynaud’s syndrome (a painful response to cold, especially in the fingers and toes). It is also used for thinking disorders related to Lyme disease, chemotherapy and depression.
Taurine is an amino acid found in large amounts in the brain, retina, heart, and blood cells called platelets. The best food sources are meat and fish.
Taurine plays an important role in creating new brain cells. Researchers found that taurine increased the growth of brain cells by activating “sleeping” stem cells. Taurine also increased the survival of new neurons, resulting in an increase in adult brain cell creation.
Taurine has been used to promote cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, electrolyte balance, hearing function, and immune modulation. In animal research, taurine protected against heart failure, reducing mortality by nearly 80%. Its benefits are so broad and extensive that scientists have described taurine as “a wonder molecule.”
Lecithin is a fat that is essential in the cells of the body.
Lecithin is used for treating memory disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It is also used for treating gallbladder disease, liver disease, certain types of depression, high cholesterol, anxiety, and a skin disease called eczema.
Alpha-Lipoic Acid have been linked to several benefits, including lower blood sugar levels, reduced inflammation, slowed skin aging, and improved nerve function.
Lipoic acid is known as the “universal antioxidant”. It is a vitamin-like substance naturally produced in the body and plays a unique role in defending it against free radical damage. More than 20 years ago, Burton Berkson, M.D. discovered that lipoic acid could cure a fatal liver disease caused by the ingestion of the highly poisonous Amanita mushrooms. The liver damage caused by the free radicals present in these mushrooms destroys liver cells, and 90% of people who eat them will die. However, intake of lipoic acid cured these patients, confirming its powerful liver cleaning and protective properties. ALA also helps to stabalise blood sugar levels and insulin resistance – a common complaint in middle-aged men and women – which can lead to a range of serious health problems. Athletes report that they experience far less muscle soreness following exercise, when taking this compound.
L-Citrulline DL-Malate combines the amino acid citrulline with malate, an organic salt. It plays a role in numerous biochemical reactions within muscle tissue.
By raising nitric oxide levels, increasing antioxidant levels, and improving blood flow and cellular function, citrulline may reduce inflammation and improve health, especially in older people or people with certain health problems.
According to the authors of a study on citrulline treatment in male aged rats, the ability of citrulline to protect against lipid oxidation may help slow or prevent the ageing process.
Rats fed watermelon powder, which contains citrulline, had lower levels of inflammation, less oxidative DNA damage, and enhanced DNA repair through enzyme expression. Citrulline may also reduce the risk of colon cancer through these mechanisms.
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a supplement form of cysteine. Consuming adequate cysteine and NAC is important for a variety of health reasons.
N- Acetyl L-cysteine replenishes the most powerful antioxidant in your body, glutathione. These amino acids also help with chronic respiratory conditions, fertility and brain health.
Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant that your body produces naturally. Your cells use CoQ10 for growth and maintenance. Levels of CoQ10 in your body decrease as you age.
CoQ10 has been shown to help improve heart health and blood sugar regulation and reduce the frequency of migraines. It may also reduce the oxidative damage that leads to muscle fatigue, skin damage and brain and lung diseases.
Korean Ginseng a perennial plant that grows in the mountains of Eastern Asia.
Panax ginseng is the botanical cousin of Siberian ginseng. It is a rich source of phyto-oestrogen and the biologically active ingredients are called eleutherosides, supporting the recuperative power of the body. As such, it is traditionally used for supporting overall health and well-being, to strengthen the immune system and to help fight off stress and disease
Black Pepper is the fruit of the black pepper plant from the Piperaceae family
Black pepper is a very good anti-inflammatory agent. Piperine is the alkaloid within black pepper that is responsible for its pungency. Piperine improves nutrient absorption, can help improve memory, the immune system, and mental skills.
Boron is a mineral that is found in food and the environment.
Boron is used for building strong bones, treating osteoarthritis, and for improving thinking skills and muscle coordination.
Vitamin B12 is an important water-soluble vitamin, and deficiency is common.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and it has a role in the process of cell division.
Iodine is an essential mineral commonly found in seafood.
Iodine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Folic acid is a B vitamin which is vital for the formation of red blood cells.
L 5 MTHF is the active and natural form of folate, also known as vitamin B9. Folic acid, unless otherwise stated is the synthetic form of folate.
Folic acid contributes to normal psychological function, the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal amino acid synthesis, normal blood formation, the process of cell division and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many should i take?
Two (2) capsules in the Morning.
Is Lights On a stimulant?
Lights On has mild natural stimulatory effects. These effects result from endogenous compounds and Lights On is therefore NOT considered a stimulant. Unlike caffeine and many other stimulants, you will not experience jitteriness or an energy level crash with Lights On.
Because of the lack of stimulants, most people begin to notice some of the effects of Lights On after the first few times they take it. The effects can build over time and become more pronounced after several weeks of daily use.
Is Lights On addictive?
No. We have carefully formulated Lights On to avoid all addictive substances. You will not build a tolerance to Lights On and there is no need to cycle off.
When will I feel the effects?
Most people begin to notice some of the effects after the first few times they take Lights On. The effects build over time and can become more pronounced after several weeks of daily use.
Because Lights On is not a stimulant, it won’t give you that immediate hit. The choice not to put caffeine, guarana, or a high dose of B-12 in the product was taken because Lights On is designed to nourish the brain long term.
How big are the capsules?
We use Size 00 capsules, which are 2.3cm long by 0.8cm wide (0.91 inches long by 0.33 inches wide). Most people find that they go down easily with a big gulp of water. However, if you have trouble swallowing, you can easily open the capsule and sprinkle the powder onto your food or drink. Mixing the powder with a thick liquid such as yogurt, or a smoothie works best.
Is this supplement safe for long-term use?
Yes. When used as instructed and under the guidance of a healthcare provider, this supplement is entirely safe for both short-term and long-term use.
Is this product vegan and non-GMO?
Yes!
