Adult Counselling
Counselling is more widely accepted today as a valuable form of help, for people in distress or with a general sense of unhappiness/discontent.
Couples Counselling
Couples are frequently quite distressed and near breaking point when they arrive for counselling.
Adolescent Counselling
The stage of Adolescence brings many pressures, where teenagers start to behave in ways that puzzle and concern themselves, their parents/teachers.
About Us
Welcome To Misneach Counselling & Psychotherapy
I believe it takes huge courage, to make that first phone call and attend that first counselling appointment and to continue on the journey of self-discovery despite the uncertainty and at times painful process of revealing ones trauma/struggles in order to repair and heal.
So, I found this name to be very fitting, not only in representing my origins to home but also in representing the process of counselling and psychotherapy.
I attained my bachelor of Counselling degree from the University of Notre Dame, I am a fully accredited counsellor with the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. My training began some years ago in Ireland, and I continue to add my professional development on a regular a basis
My professional credentials are available on the menu tab under “Qualifications.& Professional Training”.
