Payment Terms<\/h2><\/div>

To take advantage of your quote, please read our payment terms below to honour your quote.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Once a customer has received their quote and wants to book their job in the diary for the quoted price, the customer will need to confirm their job via email to book the team. Once we have received confirmation, the team can book your job in the diary and email you the start date.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Permits are charged directly to the customer\/hirer, and paid directly to the council \u2013 Account details are to be emailed to the council before the job is booked.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Scaffold alterations are to be outlined while quoting for your job, it’s the customer’s responsibility to advise the Local Scaffolding team of any alterations needed before the team quotes for your job. Customers can use our Contact Us page to notify what alterations are needed: add pictures and attachments. The team will need this information before we quote for your job. To proceed with your quote, reply to your quote via email. Once we have received confirmation to start your job the team will contact you with the start date. Any alterations after the agreed job\/ quote will need additional charges, charged at a set price for a team of 2, our quote will depend on what your requirements are – Alterations are to be paid in full before the team sets off to carry out the relevant alterations. The customer needs to give us all the details for your job as Local Scaffolding will only quote for what you have asked the team to carry out.<\/p>\n<\/div>

70%<\/strong> of the quote is to be paid before the team starts to erect the scaffolding or payment can be made on the day before to confirm your job: 1st payment of \u00a3840<\/strong> – To be Paid on the day, the team will start your job.<\/p>\n<\/div>

30%<\/strong> to be paid before the team starts to dismantle the scaffold on the agreed date or the payment can be made before dismantling the scaffold: 2nd payment of \u00a3360<\/strong> \u2013 To be paid before the team starts to dismantle your job<\/p>\n<\/div>
